Cashing Out:
 How do I withdraw my winnings from my Play Casino Carnival account?:
When you submit a withdrawal request, its status is labeled as "waiting",
which means that your request has been accepted by Play Casino Carnival
and that we are processing it.
You may not deposit funds into your casino account when
you have a withdrawal pending.
You must cancell your pending withdrawal to be able to play.
All withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) business days
after the date of the request.
During this time you can cancel your withdrawal request and return these funds into your Play Casino Carnival Account.
By canceling your withdrawal request, your account is credited back and you can play, without having to submit a new deposit.
To cancell your withdrawal, go to the "pending withdrawal" section of the "withdrawal" section of the cashier.
Click on the withdrawal you wish to cancell, and then on the "transfer back to balance" button.
Note:
that the withdrawal-processing period is different for VIP Players.

According to Play Casino Carnival withdrawal policy,
the requested withdrawal amount
will be refunded back to your method of original Deposit,
up to your Casino Deposit Balance*.
The remaining sum, if any, will be sent to you via Wire Transfer or Bank Draft
(what is more convenient for you).
The minimum amount for a Wire Transfer Cash Out is $1,000,
and $20 for all the other methods.
If you have requested to withdraw a lower amount,
we will not be able to process your request and the funds
will be added to your Casino account.
*Casino Deposit Balance is composed of the total deposits made using specific deposit methods
less previous Cash Outs and/or refunds.
Due to MasterCard's regulations we are not permitted to return funds to your MasterCard Credit Card.
Therefore, deposits made using MasterCard Credit Cards will not be counted in your Casino Deposit Balance.
Cash Outs will be returned via Wire Transfer, or Bank Draft,
or if you have used these depositing method in the past, via Neteller, PrePaid ATM, or Firepay.
How do I withdraw winnings from my Play Casino Carnival account?:
To cash out money from your Play Casino Carnival account,
click on the "CASHIER" button in the lobby.
(top right hand side of the screen). Click on "Withdraw."
Choose one of the cash out options at the Cashier.
Fill in the required information.
